The conference will take place at September 23-24, 2019 in the Holiday Inn Moscow – Sokolniki hotel. Please see "Venue" and "Important Dates" for more information.

Attending the Conference

To attend the conference, you need to register online and pay the registration fee. In case of cancelling attendance the fee could be returned up to August 1, 2019.

Registration Fee

If payed until June 15, 2019:

• for attendees from Russia and CIS countries:
  • students - 700 RUR
  • researchers - 3 500 RUR
  • business and industry representatives - 6 500 RUR
• for attendees from another countries - 14 600 RUR (200 Euro)

If payed from June 16, 2019 till August 15, 2019:

• for attendees from Russia and CIS countries:
  • students - 1 000 RUR
  • researchers - 4 500 RUR
  • business and industry representatives - 7 500 RUR
• for attendees from another countries - 18 250 RUR (250 Euro)

If payed after August 16, 2019:

• for attendees from Russia and CIS countries:
  • students - 2 000 RUR
  • researchers - 6 000 RUR
  • business and industry representatives - 9 000 RUR
• for attendees from another countries - 21 900 RUR (300 Euro)

For Authors

Conference papers may be presented in the form of a verbal report or a poster paper. Conference materials can be submitted in one of the following three formats: full paper, short paper, poster abstract. All materials will be reviewed by experts of the program committee. All materials approved by the program committee will be published in the conference proceedings.
